To engage with an audience effectively, they need to feel emotionally connected; every audience has unique needs. During this course, you’ll learn to communicate successfully with Stakeholders and Clients. The customized and dynamic workshop will focus on clarifying communication, improving interpersonal and listening skills, and how to pitch your ideas effectively.
Participants receive a psychometric assessment. The Neethling Brain Instrument (NBI) assesses thinking preferences that increase self-awareness and awareness of others. This assessment will teach you strategies to adapt your communication to your target audience.
